We are the appointed operators assisting with hotel accommodation and pre- and post-conference touring for the 12th International Pollination Symposium, ISPXII.

We are offering two hotel options for the symposium period 30 August – 3 September 2021. If you have additional time in Cape Town, join us on a 4-night pre- or post-symposium tour to the wild flowers. Alternatively, you may prefer 2 nights on the whale coast. Incidentally, this is a best time of the year to view southern right whales off our coast.

Otherwise, if your time is limited, why not join us on one of our day trips?

ISPXII SYMPOSIUM HOTELS

The Park Inn, Newlands is located close to the symposium venue, on the foothills of Table Mountain.

The Cape Milner hotel is a contemporary 4* hotel located in the trendy Tamboerskloof suburb of downtown Cape Town. This requires a 20 minute drive to the symposium, but offers delegates easy access to city hotspots outside of symposium hours.

PRE/POST SYMPOSIUM TOURS

Since the ISPXII Symposium falls during the wild flower season in the Cape, we are offering pre and post-symposium trips to the West Coast. The aim is to catch the best of the wild flower displays close to Cape Town, in addition to some of the unique attractions characteristic of this region.

Your visit also coincides with the breeding season of southern right whales who shelter in the Cape’s shallow bays. Why not come with us to see the whales in addition to enjoying our best coastal wines.
